YouTube's anime offerings expanded this week with 22 new additions, primarily consisting of animated shorts and music videos, many featuring popular VTubers and franchise tie-ins.
Genshin Impact: Sunset offers a glimpse into the backstory of the character Mavuika from the popular game. Several music videos also debuted, including Fallen Wing by Kanata Amane, Rollback by MEDA, Pris-Magic! by Shigure Ui, Shiawase√Koyorinium by Hakui Koyori, To the Moon by Kano, In the End by DUSTCELL, Pure Love Ingot by tuki., Fukakumei Zenya by NEE, Crime and Punishment (Reloaded) by DECO*27, Aye, Aye, Sir! by SatapanP featuring vocaloids, Shinitai Himawari by Shinsei Kamattechan, Mystic Light Quest by Machico, Wonderland Reverie by Astra Yao, Puppet by Omaru Polka, and Glow Embrace by Fubuki Shirakami.
VTuber duo ChroNoiR, composed of Kanae and Kuzuha, released an animated short titled Deep Love. The Fate franchise received a SFBC "Fake" Commercial Film series. Sexy Zone's Purple Rain music video from their album "Chapter Ⅱ" was also added. Special animations included Buzhuo Ni de She Nian Hao Yun, celebrating the Chinese New Year of the Snake, and Help me, ERINNNNNN!! (Game Size Ver.), a re-arranged track by COOL&CREATE. Finally, Luffy, Law, a segment from MBS Anime Fes 2025 featuring characters from One Piece, became available for free viewing.
